This policy applies to the public CRMComply website, operated by INSTACOM AI LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 14044354.
It explains how we handle personal information from website visitors and people who contact us. Processing of customer data within the CRMComply platform should be addressed in the relevant customer agreement and data protection documentation.

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Your name, company, work email address and the subject and description you provide when you request a demo
- Whether you have asked to receive updates about CRMComply
- The contents of your enquiry and our correspondence with you
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information and server logs
- Information collected through any cookies or similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy
How we use the information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange requested demos, manage prospective business relationships, operate and protect the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
The applicable lawful basis depends on the activity. This may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining a secure website, compliance with a legal obligation, or consent where required.
If you tick the updates box on our demo request form, we will also use your details to send you occasional updates about CRMComply. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time. The box is not ticked by default.
Sharing information
Your information is received by the Instacom team. We may share information with providers that help us host the website, manage email or maintain security. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Information is stored on servers in Germany.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of applicable legal requirements. Demo requests and other enquiries are kept for one year.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it.
